The Unique Interiors is a residential design studio working with homeowners across New York who want their spaces to feel considered — not decorated. We've been doing this work since 2018, one project at a time.

Fewer projects, more presence

We take on a small number of projects at a time — not because we can't handle more, but because the work demands it. Each home gets the full weight of our attention, not a scheduled share of it.

Our process begins with listening. We spend time understanding how you actually live — the rhythms of your mornings, the way light moves through your rooms, what you've always wanted but never quite found. The design follows from that, not from a portfolio of preferred aesthetics.

Restraint

The best version of a room almost always has less in it. We push until the unnecessary is gone — then we stop.

Durability

We design for how a space will feel in ten years, not how it photographs today. Materials, proportions, and light outlast trends.

Honesty

We tell clients when a brief is unclear, when a budget doesn't match the ambition, and when we're not the right fit. It saves time on both sides.

Presence

A well-designed room doesn't announce itself. It earns attention by being exactly right — in proportion, in weight, in tone.
